Several decades ago non-Jews once again began to discover the richness of
what G-d gave to the Jews. The Sabbath not only abounds in teaching on the
Messiah’s coming and the peace that will reign at that time, but also is a
foundation for the family in G-dly ethics. As beneficial as the Sabbath is for
all who believe, it has been incredibly hard for many non-Jews to move into a
meaningful observance of it. Research in Jewish texts and commentaries give
insight and description, but usually the contemporary G-dfearer has questions
that far out-number the answers. Many would-be observers of the Sabbath become
discouraged before they learn enough for the festival to come together. Steve
and Karen Salter, close friends and supporters of Hatikva Ministries, attacked

learned the Sabbath home service and organized it into an easy to use home
Siddur, The Sabbath Seder, approximately one hundred pages in length and
arranged in a style similar to the Passover Haggadah. They have done a
masterful job and provide a true service to the faith. This book supplies all
the novice requires to perform an effective home service through all three
meals and four ceremonies. Each blessing is presented in English and Hebrew.
Most of the Hebrew is transliterated. Step by step instructions guide the
